At last, the website Divisare is available also in Portuguese. Thanks, and enjoy it..

Our system only accepts PNG and JPG formats, maximum size 500 Kb. Therefore you have to save your images in one of those formats and verify that size does not exceed 500Kb.
Formats have been chosen because of their better result on web, with reference to proportion between quality/Kb and image dimension.

There are different ways to create a good image in this formats, we explain you here the most diffuse method among wed designers, using Adobe Photoshop (but other softwares do have similar functions!)

1. Open original image
2. Select from File menu: Save for Web
3. In the “Save for Web” window, clic on “Settings” Pull down menu and chose one of the predefined solutions, eg. “PNG medium”, signed red in picture below (1)
   
4. Then click on the right botton, signed red in picture above (2) and select “Optimize to File Size”
5. In the “Optimize to File Size” window, write 500K in “Desired File Size”, select settings as shown below and click “OK”
   
6. Click on “Save” and chose destination for your optimized image.

From today, to avoid displaying of test projects, the Explore Projects section displays only projects with at least one image. Projects without images are still available in users portfolio.

Divisare is finally on line!

We have had some problems, at first, with the registration of new users:
lots of them haven’t received the invitation to complete the registration,
this problem is over, now!

We are yet working on up-rating and simplifying the interaction with the site:
new dialog boxes to provide users better advise and improvements in communication (specially concerning translations).

Our future projects concern a better communication user to user
… and launching the site in portuguese!
